    Flossolution Max Review

Flossolution Max is both a toothbrush and a flosser

If you haven’t heard of Flossolution, maybe it’s time you had. Somewhat of an Oral-B and Sonicare competitor, Flossolution goes one step further with their products, specifically the new Max, offering both an electric toothbrush and an electric flosser in one stand-up rechargeable unit.

Flossolution actually has three separate products, the Max, Lite, and Mini.  The Max, which we’ll be focusing on, is the first oral care system to provide both sonic flossing and sonic brushing in one product. Max provides five sonic power modes, including Smart, Fresh, Bright, Happy, and Healthy, and it includes a rechargeable battery that lasts more than four weeks.

The Lite is similar, but a tad smaller and without the sonic technology. It’s also a hell of a lot cheaper at $17.99 versus the Max at $99.  The Lite is great for travel and for those who want a great electric toothbrush and electric flosser in one at a super affordable price.  The Mini is simply an on-the-go flosser, same technology, and retails for $9.99.

    Flossolution Max Technology

Developed by dentist Dr. Tim Pruett, the goal of Flossolution Max is to clean all of your teeth’s surface, not just 60% with brushing alone. The Max works like a champ, thanks to the first-of-its-kind patented Flossguard and Bite Bumper technology that makes flossing a breeze. This dual purpose kit provides a 100% solution for at-home oral health care.

The Flossguard controls floss depth to protect gums and prevent trauma, while the Bite Bumper allows you to apply gentle biting pressure for greater control during flossing.  Both products feature brush attachments designed to prevent tooth abrasion by using soft bristles and handles that promote gentler brushing techniques.

Dr Pruett, CEO of Flossolution says, “It’s not that patients don’t realize the importance of regularFlossolution Max heads are interchangeable flossing; it’s that we’re asking them to use products that are inconvenient and add too much time to their daily routine.” He continues, “Some of the most common problems that dentists see are tooth decay, gum disease and toothbrush abrasion. With Flossolution, not only have we eliminated the issue of not wanting to put your fingers in your mouth to floss, we’ve created a product that takes seconds to switch from flossing to brushing, while providing features that help prevent unnecessary trauma to teeth and gums.”

The Flossguard safely protects gums from flossing trauma by keeping the floss in the recommended position and controlling the depth the floss can travel as it moves between tooth and gum. The Bite Bumper acts as a soft pad for opposing teeth allowing for gentle biting pressure to be applied during flossing. Microfloss is the thinnest floss on the market and glides between teeth easily with little resistance.

All three models, the Max, Mini, and Lite, are ergonomically designed to encourage a fingertip grip, rather than a palm grip, to help eliminate the unnecessary force used by most when brushing.

    Interchangeable

The Flossolution Max Flossarm and Brusharm are completely interchangeable, and easy to switch out. When consistently using both the Flossarm and the Brusharm, your teeth will be noticeably cleaner, as was our experience. The Flossolution Max could be considered one of the best oral care home products out there, thanks to the company’s attention to a total oral care solution.

Replacements are sold online and are compatible with both Max and Lite. The Flosser 50-pack, which includes 50 Microflossers, is compatible with Max, Lite, and Mini. Each Microflosser can be reused up to 10 times, and Flosser 50-pack replacements are also available online.

As mentioned, the Flossolution Max sells for around $99, and is availabe through the company website Click Here. The Flossolution Max comes in black and white models.
