North Face Jacket with iPod Controls

North Face Femphonic Audio Jacket iPod JacketTwo new North Face jackets have surfaced with exterior iPod controls so you don’t have to be messing around with buttons and exposing the hands.

The new jackets which feature technology-related accouterments – the North Face Hustle Audio Jacket for men and the North Face Femphonic Audio Jacket for women, are capable of handling your iPod courtesy of CONNECTEDwear, allowing you to control the iPod, (which is tucked away in a pocket somewhere), with a series of buttons conveniently located on the jacket’s sleeves.

The fully waterproof breathable shell on both jackets are fully wired for iPod/iTouch/iPhone gear, featuring an external joystick pad on the forearm. An attached RECCO reflector aids rescue in the event of a snowstorm, and the Pant-a-locks system lets you create a snow-free seal with compatible pants.

Technical specs for the Hustle include a HyVent 2L oxford shell with embossed taffeta lining, underarm zips for core venting, fully taped seams and powder skirt with a removable hood for skiing and snowboarding. The Northface Hustle iPod jacket has a hell of a lot of pockets too- 2 hand pockets, 1 security pocket, 1 bicep pocket, 1 wrist pocket, 1 internal media pocket and 1 internal goggle pocket- 7 in all.North Face Hustle Audio Jacket

The North Face Women’s Femphonic Audio Jacket fends off the elements and insulates with Heatseeker Eco. The Femphonic has plenty of extra pockets as well.  Stash the day’s little necessities, and internal Lycra cuffs and a powder skirt keep snow from sneaking in. Underarm vent zips provide a little fresh air when you work up a sweat by grooving down the hill.

Getting back to the main point of the jackets, the North Face Hustle Audio Jacket for men and the North Face Femphonic Audio Jacket for women come in a few colors, and save you from removing your gloves to change songs on the iPod, hence keeping you nice, warm and toasty throughout the entire journey.

Looking a little different from each other, the Femophonic Women’s jacket and the Men’s Hustle Audio jacket are nothing new exactly, they now just have North Face branding, which is always nice and well received amongst your stylish friends. On sale now for $350 each. (www.northface.com)
