    Dell Lightning Windows 7 Phone Smartphone

    Dell is taking a break from introducing Google phones, and is first to announce those with Microsoft’s new mobile OS Windows 7, The Dell Lightning.

    Dell Lightning Windows 7 Phone SmartphoneThe Dell Lightning will be the first smartphone from Dell to use Windows Phone 7 and it comes with a range of features which include a 1GHz Qualcomm processor, a 4.1 inch WVGA OLED Display, and a five megapixel camera with integrated autofocus.

    Other specifications include WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, an accelerometer and proximity sensor, plus a digital compass. There is also a microSD card slot and a 1400 mAh battery.

    The QWERTY keyboard, from the stock photos, looks roomy and smart. Expect the Dell Lightning to be available some time in the 4th quarter of this year. No pricing details yet, but stay tuned for more information on this exciting product line.
