We play games via apps that we download from app stores. If you’re a vaper, chances are that you are well aware that there are apps out there geared towards vaporizers and their users. Many have hit the stores over the past few years as the popularity of vaping spread.

    There are apps specifically designed to tell you exactly when you gave analog cigarettes the old heave-ho, how long you’ve been smoke-free, and how much scratch that decision has left in your bank account. Here are some to consider the next time you take a hit of your vape mod.

    This little app for Android will tell you how long you’ve quit and how many cigarettes you haven’t smoked along with the savings associated with knocking the habit. Unfortunately, your savings will be displayed in Euros since this app is aimed at the European market. But the conversion is easy enough.

    This app has many of the core functions as E-Cig Dairy, but it will also display your savings as well as your break-even date. It will also let you know when you reach certain milestones for health improvement. It also has an e-juice mixing calculator and a recipe book for vaporizers.

    If need support getting through the rough patches of quitting smoking, this app offers all of the above plus tips and tricks to get you through cravings.

    For the more experienced vapers out there, there are apps out there specifically geared towards helping you build coils or design your own vape juices for the all types of vape mods. These are indispensable, unless you’re capable of doing Ohm’s law math in your head, for those chasing big clouds.

    This app provides many of the above features, including telling you how many times to wrap your coil based on the resistance you want and wire length. It also has an Ohm’s law calculator. While it’s not the prettiest app out there, it gets the job done and you can’t beat free.

    E-Juice Lab (Android) Free

    If you’re new to mixing your own e-juices, this app makes it fairly simple. You just put in the PG/VG ratio, the desired nicotine percentage, the strength of your nicotine base, and the amount of flavoring. The calculator will return how much of each you need to add by percentage. It’s also free, so it’s worth a look.

    Vape Boss (iOS and Android) Free

    If you only get one app related to vaping for your phone, Vape Boss is your best bet. This is a social media platform for vapers. It can direct you to nearby vape shops, a juice finder. Users have also posted reviews and details of when new mods and products come to market.

    There are a plethora of vaping applications out there for both Android and iOS phones. Whether you want to just track how many cigarettes you haven’t smoked or you want to begin experimenting by making your own juices, all of these apps are made to help.
