It’s super easy to attach your Apple Watch to the Interval, as you’ll see later in the article. The system is compatible with the Apple Watch Series 2, 3, 4 and 5, fitting all Apple Watch sizes (38mm, 40mm, 42mm and 44mm).

The Interval Swim Headphones’ design features 2 horizontal metal pins (one at the upper part and one at the lower part), which are attached to each of your Apple Watch’s groves. The picture embedded below shows an example of the installation.

After snapping your Apple Watch onto the system, it is also extremely easy to attach the Interval Swim Headphones to your swimming goggles, taking you only a few minutes to get everything up and running. The Interval Swim Headphones features a simple “double-hook” design (found on the sides), making it easy for you to attach the Interval to any pair of swimming goggles.

To attach the Interval to your swimming goggle just gently stretch your goggles’ strap and slide it through the bottom of the hooks. You should end up with your goggles’ strap right behind your Apple Watch.

The Interval Swim Headphones system for the Apple Watch comes with built-in waterproof Surge S+ headphones – meaning they are non-removable – that are equipped with neodymium drivers.
