    HOW TO USE?

When it comes to utilizing this nitro cold brew coffee dispensing system to prepare some delicious nitro cold brew at home, know that there are only a few easy steps to take.

Firstly, start by filling the system’s stainless steel Mini Keg with some cold brew coffee. Keep in mind that you should never exceed 1.2L of cold brew coffee inside the system’s stainless steel Mini Keg’s so that the nitrogen / nitrous gas has enough room to expand without creating too much pressure within the keg.

Once the keg is filled, insert the assembled spear system and turn it clockwise to tighten it up. Finally, use either two (x2) 2g non-threaded N2 (nitrogen) cartridges or just one (x1) 8g non-threaded N2O (nitrous oxide) cartridge and place those inside the system’s dedicated nitrogen cartridge holder to infuse your cold brew coffee mix with nitrous gas in order to create microbubbles.

Those microbubbles are what will end up giving your homemade nitro cold brew coffee a smooth and thick texture with a natural foamy top, as well as a silky and creamy mouthfeel, and also a sweet and bold flavor. Note that you should also experience a slightly higher caffeine concentration in comparison to having just standard cold brew coffee.

Once your cartridge(s) is (are) loaded into the system’s cartridge holder, screw the holder onto the gas connection on the spear, and then simply turn it clockwise until the gas cartridge is pierced. You should hear a “whistle” sound as the gas fills the Mini Keg.

The last step is to shake up the keg a bit to properly infuse your entire cold brew coffee mix with nitrogen gas / nitrous gas (depending on what type of cartridge you use), and then chill it for a few minutes or hours (depending how cold you want it to be by placing it inside your refrigerator.

We’d also like to point out that the Vinci Express Cold Brew Maker allows you to prepare nitro cold brew in as little as 5 to 25 minutes.
