Apple 4th-Gen iTouch To Launch in September

Apple will be scheduling its annual iPod event for mid-September, and there’s strong evidence to suggest that we’ll see the iPod Touch 4. It is likely that we’ll see a high-resolution Retina Display, along with front and rear facing cameras (just like the iPhone 4).

The iPod Nano is also expected to get an update, and some are wondering if it will receive tiny touch screens as well. There may even be some iTunes announcements as well (cloud-based music streaming, perhaps), even though there are rumors that Apple is taking their foot off the gas in that effort for now.
