    Looxcie Bluetooth Video Headset

The Looxcie looks like a Bluetooth headset, but it’s actually more than just a quality Bluetooth ear piece. In addition to letting you chat over the phone, it records video on a 30-second loop for up to 5 hours. When something disastrous happens, you simply hit the button and the last recorded loop is saved and sent to your Android device. From there you can decide what to do with the footage.

The The Looxcie Bluetooth Video Headset runs $200, and captures 480×320 video at 15fps.  Works on most Android handsets.
