    BlackBerry 10 Accepting Apps

With BlackBerry 10 devices a ways away, RIM just announced that it has begun accepting BlackBerry 10 apps for the company’s BlackBerry App World.  The sooner developers begin submitting apps, the sooner RIM can publish them.  Rim is guaranteeing that apps submitted on Wednesday will be reviewed, tested and ready for publishing when BlackBerry 10 launches in the first quarter of 2013.

Additionally, certified apps may qualify for RIM’s 10k Developer Commitment, which guarantees developers will make $10,000 on apps that gross at least $1,000 in 12 months. “This is a huge opportunity to be the first into the store and capitalize on app-hungry BlackBerry users,” the company wrote on its website.
