    Looks like Apple will officially announce the iPad mini on Tuesday, October 23rd. In terms of price, rumors speculate that the mini would go head-to-head with competing 7-inch tablets such as the Nexus 7 and the Kindle Fire HD, selling for between $249 and $399.   But according sources, Apple will reportedly sell the iPad mini starting at $329 for a WiFi model. Additional models with either 3G or 4G LTE antennas will cost an extra $130. Listed below is the likely pricing matrix that sources believes Apple will announce on October 23rd.
