Spigen PowerArc ArcStation Pro Wall Charger – 20W USB-C 3.0 Charger

Nowadays, most of our gadgets are powered by built-in rechargeable Li-Ion batteries, and that not includes our Smartphones, but also our tablets, Smartwatches, laptops, Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds and Headphones, and many more gadgets. However, the more gadgets you have, the bigger the problem you’ll be having when looking to recharge all of them throughout each day. Now, while charging all of those gadgets in one day used to be a hard task, carrying a reliable Wall Charger with you that supports Fast Charging can ultimately offer you an easy solution to recharge all of those gadgets. Meet the Spigen PowerArc ArcStation Pro Wall Charger.

The Spigen PowerArc ArcStation Pro Wall Charger is a 20W USB-C 3.0 Wall Charger that not only supports Fast Charging, but is also the world’s smallest 20W GaN Fast-Charging Wall Adapter / Wall Charger.

Thanks to its ultra-compact size, the Spigen PowerArc ArcStation is a great 20W Wall Charger to have with you at any time you’re traveling, ultimately enabling you to quickly charge any of your devices while you’re on-the-go.

Now, without further ado, let’s have a more detailed look at this 20W Wall Charger and check everything that this ultra-sleek wall charger has to offer you.

Starting with its extra-small size, the unit features a sleek and compact design, measuring just 1.3 inches long by 1-inch wide by 1.56 inches tall (while having its built-in electric prongs retracted and safely stored inside it).

That’s another cool thing about the Spigen PowerArc ArcStation. The fact that this wall charger comes equipped with built-in retractable electric prongs that can be quickly and safely stored away inside the unit ultimately offers you a compact and easy-to-use charging solution that can be conveniently stored away whenever you’re not using it.

Furthermore, since this wall charger weighs only a measly 2 oz., you’ll have no problem carrying it around with you while you’re traveling, and that ultimately makes it the perfect charging companion to have with you while you’re on-the-go. That goes both for traveling abroad or simply, for your daily commuting.

Now, onto more important things. What makes the Spigen PowerArc ArcStation the world’s smallest 20W GaN Fast-Charging Wall Adapter / Wall Charger is the fact that this 20W Wall Charger works by utilizing GaN (Gallium Nitride) Technology.

What is GaN Technology & How Does it Work?

Basically, instead of coming equipped with a standard silicone chipset for its power delivery to recharge any USB-enabled device, it integrates gallium nitride, which is a semiconductor material that came into existence during the manufacturing of LEDs. That same material is around 50% smaller than the power-conduction materials found in other USB-C Wall Chargers.

Furthermore, not only is the charger’s GaN (gallium nitride) semiconductor smaller than other chargers’ semiconductor materials (which is what makes the unit so compact), but also quite faster when it comes to its power delivery specs – around 40% more power efficient when it comes to transferring current and conserving energy.

That ultimately makes the PowerArc ArcStation a much more efficient charging solution than any USB-C Wall Chargers that utilize the traditional and already-mentioned silicon materials.

While all that allows the ArcStation Pro to operate with higher effeciency, it also allows this 20W Wall Charger to generate less heat than most standard wall chargers that you can find currently available on the market, and that ultimately gives it a really nice “Safety Feature” for the charger’s regular use.

Lastly, since the ArcStation Pro generates less heat than most traditional wall chargers, you can obviously expect it to have a much longer life cycle than any non-GaN Wall Chargers.

Regarding the wall charger’s compatibility, the Spigen PowerArc ArcStation Pro Wall Charger is compatible with most mobile devices, including most of the latest released Smartphones (like the iPhone 12, for example).

Now, moving on to the Spigen PowerArc ArcStation Pro Wall Charger’s connectivity ports. This 20W Wall Charger comes equipped with one 20W USB-C 3.0 Port for its power delivery.

Additionally, below its 20W USB-C 3.0 Port you also have a small built-in LED Light that will turn On as a Blue LED Light to inform users that the PowerArc ArcStation has started recharging their device’s battery.

Since it provides exactly a 20W Output, the PowerArc ArcStation is in fact capable of recharging the iPhone 11/Pro/Max/XS/SR/SE 2020 (and even the most recently released iPhone 12) as fast as Apple’s official 20W Power Adapter (and obviously faster than its 15W MagSafe Charger wireless charger).

Lastly, since this 20W PD-enabled Wall Charger supports Fast Charging, you can quickly use it to charge any USB-C compatible devices to 50% battery status in just 30 minutes. That makes the PowerArc ArcStation around 3.1 times faster than any 5W Stock Charger (these would take you around 1h and 34 minutes to recharge an iPhone 11).

    Intelligent-Safety Charging Protection

Other than the ArcStation Pro Wall Charger’s GaN Technology allowing it to generate less heat than most traditional non-GaN Wall Chargers, the unit also features Intelligent-Safety Charging, which is a 15-point safety standard that’s applied to all PowerArc products, and that ultimately ensures the safety of the charger’s user.

This basically keeps you protected from common issues like Over-current, Over-voltage, Over-temperature, and also offers you Short-circuit protection.

Inside each package, users will find: their Spigen PowerArc ArcStation Pro 20W Wall Charger, an included Thank-You Card, and the unit’s corresponding 2-Year Warranty Sheet.

Overall, I really enjoyed testing out this Wall Charger. While its ultra-compact and ultra-slim design allow you to carry it inside a pocket or backpack pocket at any time, its Fast Charging capabilities allow you to quickly recharge any modern Smartphone’s battery up to 50% in just 30 minutes.

(Be aware that for future Smartphone releases, this may vary with new and upcoming models that pack an extra-large battery inside)

The PowerArc ArcStation is currently available in two (x2) different color models: White and Black.
